The FOX Intelligent Quick Switch (iQS) system is a peerless suspension package tailored specifically for your mountain sled. FOX’s FLOAT 3 EVOL air-sprung shocks are known for their low weight and infinitely adjustable design that takes the edge off chatter while still providing the support you need when you send it big.
The electronically controlled suspension system allows you to adjust the performance of your sled in under a second. Depending on the conditions and terrain, tune your sled to provide you optimal control and comfort in any situation. Never take a break to adjust suspension again, thanks to iQS.
FOX iQS is an electronic modal damping control system. This system comprises a Bosch Electronic Control Unit (ECU), custom wiring harness, and electronically actuated valves integrated into each shock.
The three-button switch mounted to your handlebar puts you in command of four unique shock modes. Each mode changes the character and balance of your sled by adjusting the compression damping of each shock. Chris Burandt was instrumental in developing the individual settings and tuning the shocks to his refined taste. Ride primed to handle any situation in the snow.
Are you scaling a near-vertical wall? Utilize lockout mode for better floatation and steering control. Lockout your rear track shock to prevent unwanted weight transfer to the rear to keep the sled planted when you twist the throttle. Worn out from a great day on the peaks and ready to motor back to the truck? Engage soft mode for a plush ride down the mountain.
Between lockout and soft are settings to cover the full spectrum of riding from high-flying action to quick transitions boondocking through the trees.
The FOX iQS system is a straightforward DIY install supported by a thorough step-by-step manual, online videos, and of course, our friendly FOX Service Center technicians.

Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
The following items are NOT available for returns:
- SAMPLE SALE ITEMS
- ITEMS DESIGNATED AS "CLOSEOUT or CLEARANCE"

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
ShopMSD.com charges $9.99 per return order. This covers the cost of return shipping to ShopMSD.com. This amount will be deducted from your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@shopmsd.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, CLOSEOUT / CLEARANCE AND SAMPLE SALE items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@shopmsd.com and we'll send further instructions to resolve the issue.
Shipping
To return your product, you will need to first request a return at the following link: https://shopmsd.com/a/returns. If approved, further instruction will be sent via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Retours
