The Burandt Series, 1.5 ZERO Quick Switch (QS) coil shocks are the next generation of lightweight mountain sled suspension technology. These shocks are tuned specifically to suit Chris Burandt’s riding style. Ride harder in the backcountry with less fatigue and without compromising durability. Experience a new sense of control on the snow due to less outboard weight.
FOX’s QS technology allows you to adjust the compression damping with ease to suit the snow conditions. Three positions keep the adjustment simple, so you focus on the ride instead of counting clicks. The rear track is also equipped with a lockout mode to prevent trenching the next time you get in the deep snow or climbing steep faces.
We designed the coil-sprung mountain shocks with two primary objectives: weight reduction and ride performance. FOX optimizes the 1.5 ZERO coil-sprung shocks through material reduction without a sacrifice of ride quality or structural integrity. Additionally, the coil springs were redesigned to retain the same spring rate but with fewer coils and built from a lighter steel alloy. The shocks maintain a linear feel regardless of temperature fluctuation, which keeps your sled setup quick and simple. The new coils result in a spring with the same performance at half the weight.
FOX’s position-sensitive damping technology, with origins in desert truck racing, is now applied to the Burandt Series coil-sprung shocks. Spiral grooves inside the shock allow the oil to flow around the main piston reducing damping force in the ride zone for a plush feel. The bypass grooves terminate through the final 30% of the travel, forcing oil to only flow through the main piston and providing a significant increase of bottom-out resistance to cushion any hard hits. Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
The following items are NOT available for returns:
- SAMPLE SALE ITEMS
- ITEMS DESIGNATED AS "CLOSEOUT or CLEARANCE"

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
ShopMSD.com charges $9.99 per return order. This covers the cost of return shipping to ShopMSD.com. This amount will be deducted from your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@shopmsd.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, CLOSEOUT / CLEARANCE AND SAMPLE SALE items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@shopmsd.com and we'll send further instructions to resolve the issue.
Shipping
To return your product, you will need to first request a return at the following link: https://shopmsd.com/a/returns. If approved, further instruction will be sent via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Retours
