A special mix of cotton, Dyneema, nylon, polyester, and elastane patented by Bikers Crown Ltd., the sole owner and designer of Trilobite® Motorcycle Jeans. With recent breakthroughs in synthetic fibres, motorcycle riding jeans can be made lighter than ever. For years, Kevlar was the most popular material used for jeans, but new generation fibres, such as Dyneema, are the future of riding. It´s a synthetic fabric that's unique for its amazing strength while still being light in weight. Dyneema is tough enough to keep you protected in a crash, but unlike other materials, it doesn't compromise on comfort. It's also been used in surgery, the shipping industry, helicopters, and space shuttles. Innovations like this have seen Kevlar jeans slowly fall out of favor, with impressive new fibres offering much more comfort. Just like full leathers fell out of style, Kevlar jeans are making way for the next big thing. Monolayer is the future.
High cut resistance - denim that contains 5-10% Dyneema will be much stronger and more cut resistant than regular fabric.
Abrasion Resistance - Using half the amount of Dyneema will improve the abrasion resistance of single layer motorcycle denim with aramid by 70%.
Chemical Resistance - Although Dyneema® itself is resistant to most chemicals, we do not recommend bleaching or dry cleaning the denim. This will ensure the longevity of your garments.
Heat Sensitivity - Dyneema® has a melting point of 140-144°C so do not expose the fabric, even briefly, to temperatures above 130°C. We recommend ironing at a maximum temperature of 110°C and drying at a low temperature.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
ShopMSD.com charges $9.99 per return order. This covers the cost of return shipping to ShopMSD.com. This amount will be deducted from your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@shopmsd.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, CLOSEOUT / CLEARANCE AND SAMPLE SALE items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@shopmsd.com and we'll send further instructions to resolve the issue.
Shipping
To return your product, you will need to first request a return at the following link: https://shopmsd.com/a/returns. If approved, further instruction will be sent via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Retours
Nous avons une politique de 30 jours. Si plus de 30 jours se sont écoulés depuis votre commande, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas vous offrir de remboursement ou d’échange.
Afin d’être éligible à un retour, votre article doit être non utilisé/porté et dans la même condition que lorsque vous l’avez reçu. Il doit également être dans son emballage d’origine.
Nous demandons un reçu ou preuve de paiement si vous souhaitez faire un retour.
Veuillez ne pas retourner votre marchandise au fournisseur.
Un remboursement partiel peut vous être proposé dans les cas suivants (si applicable):
- Livres avec signes d’usage évident.
- Tout article qui n’est pas dans son emballage original, qui est abimé ou sur lequel il manque des pièces pour une raison hors de notre contrôle.
- Tout article qui serait retourné plus de 30 jours après la date de livraison.

Si le retour est approuvé, nous effectuerons un remboursement et un crédit sera appliqué à votre méthode de paiement originale. Cela peut prendre quelques jours avant que le crédit ne s’affiche de votre côté.

Si vous attendez un remboursement et ne l’avez pas encore reçu, nous vous encourageons à vérifier votre compte de banque une fois de plus.
